... our advice was heeded last week and you added Ladell Betts or Jamaal Charles to your roster.  Both guys finished the day with more than 100 yards rushing and one touchdown.  Not too bad for a plug-and-play in my opinion.

There was a myriad of injuries this past weekend , so no doubt people will be scrambling to lock up players on the waiver wire.  Even if your team is out of the playoff hunt, scoop up some of these players and trade them off to benefit your team next year.
