Tampa Bay Buccaneers Break The Bank To Sign Donald Penn, Gerald McCoy

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers broke the bank on Saturday. Fifth-year player Donald Penn and rookie Gerald McCoy are in the house.

Left tackle Penn agreed in principle to a six-year, $43 million deal, per reports from The St. Petersburg Times.

McCoy, the third overall pick in the draft, reached a deal on Saturday. Length of his deal is reported to be five years. The number will be a lot higher than Penn's.

McCoy's deal will be larger than the contract signed by Trent Williams, the No. 4 overall pick of the Washington Redskins.

Williams signed a six-year, $60 million deal with $36.75 guaranteed. This could put McCoy in the $40 million guaranteed range.
