He was the starting quarterback at Appalachian State University, a quite decorated one I must add. He threw for a total of 10,392 yards and 74 touchdowns throughout his four-year career. He also ran for 4,361 yards and 64 rushing touchdowns.
Thats some fine stats for a guy, even if he wasn't at a top-level college. With those numbers, he obviously has the skills to become a very talented player in the NFL.
Edwards isn't expected to go until the late rounds, so don't expect his name to be called early, if even called at all.
