General manager Tom Heckert managed to sign all draft picks with the exception of first-round pick Joe Haden.
No. 5 overall pick, safety Eric Berry, signed for six years for a $60 million maximum, so that will be the framework from which the Browns will operate off of since Haden is a cornerback.
The 2009 seventh overall pick, Oakland receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey, received a five-year deal worth a maximum of $38.25 million and $23 million guaranteed last year.
