The Broncos decided on Monday that it was time to move on, but were gracious in the press conference about not placing 100 percent blame on McDaniels' shoulders for the situation, noting they "probably" gave McDaniels too much responsibility too soon.
However, McDaniels short-sighted decision to hire Steve Scarnechhia, who was involved in the original Spygate scandal and was the main culprit in Spygate II, probably played a huge factor in the decision to let McDaniels go.
On top of that, you have McDaniels chasing most of the Broncos' skilled players out in Jay Cutler, Brandon Marshall and Peyton Hillis, which negatively affected the team...
