Patrick Crayton comes to mind when I think of someone in the NFL who has been through good and bad times. But through it all has never been a pest to see the easy way out.
Crayton has never been flashy or put up big numbers, but he has always been a consistent, hard-working player that will come in week-in-and-week-out playing his best.
He's never been given a true opportunity to start, as a star has always left him in a shadow, yet through that, is still able to put up 500-600 receiving yards per season.
He's been one of the top slot-receivers in the game for years.
