... about leaving Cincinnati. I've never considered Palmer anywhere near the elite amongst NFL quarterbacks, but he would definitely be an upgrade over many.

Palmer is due $13 million in 2013 and $14 million in 2014. I don't see too many teams wanting to pay that kind of money for a guy who can't seem to produce with elite receivers and a fairly decent running back.

So maybe decent coaching and a new scene will allow Palmer to reach elite status. I have a few places in mind that could benefit both Palmer and the team.
