Bears' coaching staff underwent some changes during the offseason after the teamed purged a majority of their offensive coaching staff to bring in new talent.  The biggest coaching acquisition this offseason was former St. Louis Rams' head coach Mike Martz. Martz is sure to bring a powerful passing attack to Chicago and his offenses promise to put up a lot of yards and hopefully a lot of points.

The question is, does he have the personnel to do it?
