Also with the uncapped year making what could have been a great free agency class, is now a so-so one with several big names becoming restricted free agents instead of unrestricted free agents.

Enough time has passed that the 2010 NFL free agency period does have some winners and losers. Not all by free agent signings with some teams making moves on the trade front.
