The 2009 Crimson Tide will start the season, yet again, against a top-10 ranked Atlantic Coast conference team. This round, though, they will take on the Hokies of Virginia Tech.
The Orange Bowl champions versus the Sugar Bowl losers.
The main point of this article is that the Tide do have a chance to win the title this coming season because of their schedule. The Tide will play Virginia Tech, LSU, and Ole Miss who will all be ranked going into the 2009 season.
