Top 25 Based On Five Year Loss Total

... 2010? One good indicator is to look at loses over the last five years. Why five years? That is the maximum time a player has eligibility.
A program will do a complete turn over in five years. This seems to be the most fair way of evaluating the quality of a program.
This is not a ranked Top 25, but simply a predictor of the teams that should be in the Top 25 based on their total loses.
This has been a very good indicator over time. It has almost always been closer to the final polls than pre-season polls.
