Instead of focusing on the overall talent level per university, I have decided to rank based solely on the fans on a case by case basis. Which means that you will probably see Arizona State, Texas, Florida, and Georgia fans on the list multiple times. I had to stop adding Arizona State fans—there are too many babes to choose from, a list of the hottest ASU fans is probably in the near future.
