Jeremiah Masoli lead the Ducks to a 47-20 dominating victory. Freshman RB LaMichael James rushed for 183 yards and 1 touchdown. Masoli scrambled for 163 rushing yards, threw for 222 yards, and had 2 total touchdowns. The Quack Attack offense was unstoppable and depleted the Trojan defense. This gave USC their worst loss since 1997.
After the Ducks' first game of the season (loss to Boise State), many fans/analysts thought the season was over. Last I checked, there are 12 games in a season. Oregon went on beating undefeated Utah, recently ranked No. 6 California (won 45-3), and now No. 5 USC.
