The Spartan football team is just weeks away from their first public appearance of the year in the Green and White game and they are looking on improving on the ending to last season.

Last season Michigan State finished its first losing season under coach Mark Dantonio's tenure at the school. 

Last season ended with a 6-7 record for the Spartans and criminal charges for a good portion of the starting lineup. This year's team is expecting to put the ending to last year behind them and post a winning season in 2010.
