... Big Ten teams looking to start off conference play with a win will meet this weekend when the Minnesota Golden Gophers host the Northwestern Wildcats.  Minnesota wrapped up non conference play with a 1-3 record and are coming off a 34-23 loss to Northern Illinois. 

Northwestern enters Big Ten play boasting a 4-0 record, but have survived a couple close games against Central Michigan and Vanderbilt.  The college football lines have the Wildcats as a 6.5 point favorite.
