Saturday evening, Taylor Martinez and the Nebraska Cornhuskers were trotting off Kyle Field following a controversial 9-6 loss to the Texas A&M Aggies.
The game saw Martinez start at quarterback, but he was not long for the game. Center Mike Caputo inadvertently stepped on Martinez’s injured ankle. He quickly found his way to the sideline with his training staff, visually upset as he threw his helmet to the stadium’s track.
