The NCAA launched an inquiry into allegations that the program was overworking its players and using more time than was officially allotted for practice, weight training, and other activities.
The feeling from many Michigan football insiders is that there will not be a substantial finding of wrongdoing and that if there are penalties or ripple effects from the incident, they are expected to be minor.
