With so many differences between collegiate football and the NFL, one could assume there in fact aren't many players ready to make the "leap" to the professional game.

But that isn't the case at all.

Many teams are calling for the names and numbers of many talented, young, inexperienced collegiate players by the time January comes around.  Take to mind the fact that it is already December, folks.

With teams desperately in need of rookie leadership and talent, who are the best of the best out there?
