So who is the third?
Justin Turner a 5-star (per Scouts) cornerback/safety and the highest rated recruit out of the state of Ohio.
Justin is important to Michigan in many ways, he is a great athlete and plays a position of need for the Wolverines. Many expected Justin to contribute to the 2009 team as a nickelback or even a starting cornerback.
The rumblings on the street have been that Justin didn't walk with his graduating class and may have had some trouble with his Ohio Exit Exam. Again these are just rumors, but the "Mill" is saying that he took the exam again in June and will know...
