After a pretty good year last year, all the soon to be juniors came into the year with "swagger".  It was short lived.

Miami has played well at times and absolutely horrible the rest of the time.

With the season lost and no longer in Miami's control, here is what needs to be done these next few weeks, not just for this year, but also for next.
