Sanders (5'8", 170 pounds), who rushed for 1,300 yards and 17 touchdowns last season, chose the Wildcats over scholarship offers from East Carolina, Western Kentucky, Ohio, Toledo, Middle Tennessee State, Marshall and Louisiana Tech.
Sanders added almost 200 yards receiving and two kickoff return touchdowns for the Jaguars last season. The Cats have made a living off of versatile backs who can catch the ball out of the backfield, and Sanders said he is excited about how he will be used in the offense.
