The way the Dawgs lost is what has me upset. So much that until I see drastic changes in the play, coaching, and overall performance of this team, I will no longer refer to them as the Dawgs, but only the dogs. Any Georgia fan can tell you that this is a big deal.

Just like the Hedges, Silver Britches, the oval "G", and Uga (God rest his soul), the nickname Dawgs is one of the many great traditions at the University of Georgia.
