Police said Carr broke into a white Toyota and stole a book bag that contained the victim's purse and credit card. Carr is also the suspect in the break-in of another vehicle near the FSU campus.
Carr played in all 13 games of his 2009 season and had his first career start against North Carolina. This season, he was scheduled to start replacing departed Dakoda Watson.
Ironically, he earned the "most dependable" award among his fellow linebackers after spring practice this season.
