Georgia (3-1, 2-0 in the SEC) and coach Mark Richt continued their dominance against non-conference opponents, running their record to 35-4.
This week the Dawgs welcome No. 4 LSU to town for another SEC showdown between the hedges.
But what can we take from the Arizona State victory?
1. The Georgia Defense Returned To Form
The defense finally woke up after a two-week coma. The Georgia defense only gave up 88 yards rushing on 28 carries, but the biggest improvement was in the pass defense.
Arizona State quarterback Danny Sullivan was 10-of-32 for only 116 yards with one touchdown and one interception.
