College football recruiting is a long and seemingly endless process, but everyday there are winners and losers. Every week someone is getting a big-time commitment and another school is getting the shaft. So it's not only important to recognize who got the talent, but also who didn't. Let's face it, there are only a handful of recruits that have their hearts set on a certain program and never consider an alternative throughout the entire recruiting process.
