In the case of some, a soft verbal in favor of one team doesn't mean too much. These prospects are still free to take official visits to other schools and can switch their minds at any time.
But even a solid verbal doesn't mean much in the grand scheme of things. Other schools will still chase after them and at any point a recruit can decommit.
Until they've signed their letter of intent, its all fair game.
So we've gone through the 2011 class and picked out 10 situations that smell a little fishy. They're the soft verbals that are actively being recruited, the guys discussing visits to other schools, and the names that just don't seem like they're settled ...
