No. 4 Boise State lost all national championship aspirations, as it fell to No. 19 Nevada in overtime after Boise's kicker missed a field goal in regulation and another in overtime each of which would have won it for the Broncos. Earlier that day, No. 5 LSU was stunned against Arkansas, and most likely lost its BCS bowl game hopes as well.
However, there were quite a few teams who took advantage of Boise State and LSU's losses and will most likely move up in the ranking now.
