Best lay motionless on the sideline moments after scoring Cal's first touchdown against the Beavers. Medical staff were on hand to treat Best, who suffered a concussion and is capable of moving his extremities.
Best had suffered a concussion in last week's game but was cleared to play this week. He is likely done for the season.
