... Rainey was arrested early last night and charged with aggravated stalking of a woman he has allegedly been dating.

He apparently got into a heated argument with his girlfriend and texted her "not go to asleep" and "time to die".

She immediately called the cops and while the cops where there, Rainey had told her over the phone to "wait and see what happens when they leave".

Chris Rainey is a junior starting wide receiver for the Florida Gators.
