The Cardinal's fifth-ranked scoring offense continues to give opposing defensive coordinators headaches. They have scored at least 31 points in every game this season and have a season high of 68 points against Wake Forest.
Stanford does have some potential losable games remaining, but not this week. The Cardinal take on lowly Washington State in what might be the surest victory of Stanford's season.
The Cougars rank 103rd in points scored and 118th in points allowed at 40.1 per game. The anemic Washington State offense has not scored more than 28 points all season, and the team's lone win came against Montana State.
