Oklahoma State's buckling at the Bedlam had by far the most dramatic impact on the final BCS destinations. The Cowboys lost 27-0 to the 6-5 Sooners. Hard to believe this team was actually one win away from the "exclusive" BCS.
They do not merit a ranking after this carnage. Anybody can win against a lousy Big 12 but crumble every time they face a decent team.
For the sake of the BCS, this team really needs to be ranked though. Nobody wants to see Texas end up in the National Championship game without having beaten one team in the BCS top 25. That would be embarrassing.
Especially when little TCU has beaten three.
Just like the Big 12 itself, OSU was vastly overrated.
