First off I think the MAC is pretty well secure as it is without the risk of drastic changes if dominoes start to fall in all this expansion talk. I do not believe that any of the schools have an appealing profile for any other conference.
The fact that they have 13 schools I could see then extending an invitation to perhaps Army to join and make an even 14. I just don’t know if Army is interested in joining a conference.
The Motor City Bowl has become the Little Caesars Pizza Bowl and is now a desired bowl for a MAC team. This is where the champion of the conference goes. Actually I guess some times it is here other times the GMAC bowl.
