... Demon Deacons head into the 2010 season off a tough 2009 year where they finished 5-7, but lost five games by three points or less. It was their first losing season in the last four years. Wake Forest was 3-5 in the ACC last season, but three of those tough losses came in conference play. They will have 13 starters back for the 2010 season, and here is a quick breakdown of what they will send to the field on both sides of the ball, plus my prediction on where they finish the year in the ACC.
