Updating earlier reports that Barber would get an MRI on an apparent quad injury, a report has surfaced that Barber is "50-50" on whether he will play against the Carolina Panthers on Monday night.

It's a quad strain, and with great depth at the position, it's unlikely the Cowboys chance it, even when they're on a long week.

Carolina's run defense isn't horrible, either, so a nicked-up Barber doesn't bode well for Dallas, nor does it for your fantasy hopes.
