Stephen Garcia did not look great last week, but he wasn't horrible either.  He managed the game well, going 12 of 23 for 148 yards and a pick.  He never did anything to put Carolina in a bad spot (the pick was more a great play by the DE than a bad pass by Garcia), and he avoided a number of NC State tacklers, even hurdling one.  Garcia will probably have a similar game to the NC State game, wit...
