Ray Helu and Quentin Castille seemed like the perfect one-two punch for the 2009 Nebraska Cornhuskers.
Bo Pelini announced today that Castille, the junior running back, was dismissed due to violation of team rules.
Castille made incredible strides last season, when he rushed for almost 500 yards on just over 100 carries.
Castille was one of the prime reasons that Nebraska was able to beat Clemson in the Gator Bowl, as he rushed for 125 yards on 18 carries.
Now, Nebraska must decide if redshirt freshmen Collins Okafor or Dontrayevous Robin are the solution for the No. 2 spot.
