The St. Petersburg Times reported on Wednesday that a meeting took place between quarterbacks coach Greg Olson, head coach Raheem Morris, general manager Mark Dominik and player personnel coordinator Doug Williams.
The result of the meeting?
Josh "The Kid" Freeman may play sooner than later for this team that has totally embraced a "youth movement."
Olson confirmed it to the Times.
"You know, maybe we get him involved early—earlier than we thought," Olson said.
The final decision could come the first week of training camp.
