Michael Vick had his second chance the first time he decided to fund a dog fighting ring. If he had stopped right then and there and knew what he was doing was wrong, then he would have a second chance.
Vick had a chance to do the right thing when he was under suspicion of dog fighting. Instead, he lied to federal investigators, Falcons owner Arthur Blank, and NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell.
Only when Vick's accomplices copped to plea deals and turned him in did Vick admit to what he had done.
