They could have taken OT Michael Oher instead of DE Brian Orakpo.
There's something to be said for building strength on strength, so there's no complaint about boosting the defense with pass rusher Orakpo.
Pass blocking was the bigger need, though. When the Redskins passed on Oher in the first round of the April Draft, the Baltimore Ravens pounced.
