... little while ago, I wrote an article about the possibility of BYU going independent. At the time, I thought that it'd be another few years before BYU would make such a move, if it did at all.

Now, we have some curious tweets that would suggest that the Cougars are about to do something radical.

Jeff Goodman from Fox Sports wrote the following Tuesday night in a Tweet, "Hearing from multiple sources there's a strong possibility that BYU goes to the WAC in hoop and goes independent in football."
