Instead of me giving my predictions of who I think should be where, I am going to guess how the people who actually vote will choose their top 25. For each team I will rank their strengths and weaknesses, and additionally I will tell you if I would buy or sell them based on their position. It is simple, if they are ranked #5 and I say I would sell them, then I am predicting they finish lower than 5th. If they are ranked #23 and I say buy, then I am saying they will finish higher. There are no Bernie Madoff's or venture capitalists in this article, just the best 25 teams in the college football land to start 2010.
