Todman proved that he can carry the load as a leading RB last season and collected three 100-yard games in UConn’s final four matches including amassing 162 yards against the Bearcats in Cincinnati. If the Huskies decide to focus their attention on a primary ball carrier in 2010, Jordan Todman should be more than capable to enter into what will be asked of him.
With the recent transfer of DJ Shoemate from USC and the rules allowing him to play immediately, Todman may find some relief and once again become part of a two-man backfield that may be potent for Husky opponents.
