Reports indicate that the Big 12 will indeed fall, with teams destined to move to the Pac 10 or the SEC.

However, there is still hope from some of the universities that the conference is saved, which has prompted a new plan for the conference.

According to Chip Brown of orangebloods.com ( same guy who first reported the finalization of Nebraska's move), a proposal is being made to the entire conference, which interests Texas.
