Of all the BCS titles won since its first champion in 1998, no other conference has won more than one championship. Except for the SEC that is, which has won six of them and the last four in a row.
So no matter if conferences like the PAC Ten go from 10 to 20 members, they won't be the top conference in the NCAA, not even if they add 30.
For the ones who think I'm pandering to the SEC, the math is this: SEC, six; rest of the entire NCAA, five.
