Ginn, who was drafted three years ago to emerge as an elite No. 1 receiver, regressed in his third season (when most receivers break-out), and has had an overall disappointing tenure with the Dolphins.
He's been on the "outs" with Miami ever since not completely taking over the top receiver spot early in 2009, and appears to finally be on the move.
While Ginn still packs a punch as an electrifying return man and still has the speed and potential to make it in the NFL, he has not lived up to expectations, slipping behind supposedly lesser talent...
