The incident occurred at approximately 9:00 pm and several people witnessed the murder. 

Police would not confirm if they had any suspects in custody.

FIU has indefinitely postponed football coaching clinics scheduled for today and Saturday. 

The team's annual spring game is scheduled for Wednesday of next week, and it is unknown if it will be played at this time.

Berry had finished the 2009 season with a team high 7 TDs after sitting out the entire 2008 season with a knee injury. 

Five of those TDs came within two weeks when he scored three times against Middle Tennessee State and twice against North Texas.
