Quarterback Jeremiah Masoli and ex-receiver Garrett Embry pleaded guilty to second degree burglary recently. No surprises there, or with their punishment.
Embry was already kicked off the team, and now Masoli is suspended for one year. He has a redshirt season available, so he'll take it no doubt.
Personally, I think he got off easy. Call me harsh, but come on! He has a record, broke Chip's number one rule, and committed a felony. I would've kicked him off the team...but maybe that's why I'm not a coach.
