Early reports stated that Jackson was to be sentenced to four days in jail.
He will also have to pay a $2,408 fine, and serve 15 days of community service.
Jackson was arrested in January 2009 for driving under the influence of alcohol. He was administered a blood test and those results showed that his blood-alcohol content was 0.17, double the state limit.
Jackson's attorney Cole Casey sought to have the case dismissed in January 2006 on the grounds the blood evidence had been collected against Jackson's will. He requested a breath test instead.
