... season this past weekend. Whether you love or hate Rich Rodriguez, you have to admit he has brought a number of positive new events to the Michigan football program. Having multiple Junior Days gets players on campus, familiarizes them with the university, and makes them more comfortable with the idea of becoming a future Wolverine.
Some news and notes from Junior Day:
- Shawn Conway committed to the 2011 class this weekend. One thing missing from my post yesterday was his junior year stats. Per Sam Web of WTKA and Scout: 79 catches, 800 yards, and 10 touchdowns. In basketball, he also averages a double-double with 22 points and 10 boards a game.
