Offensive lineman Ryan Wynn rang in the New Year thinking about the team's Insight Bowl loss in a Tempe jail after being arrested for public consumption by a minor.
The 20 year old sophomore faces a charge of consumption by a minor after officers observed what they viewed as obvious impairment. Police administered a portable breath test, which resulted in a reading of 0.172.
Arizona is a Zero Tolerance state. Zero Tolerance laws state that persons under the age of 21 must not drink alcohol and will be punished for violating this law regardless of whether they are physically impaired or not.
Wynn blew more than twice the legal limit for adults in most states, ....
